First Round of voting is held in computer nets Internet ("Russian Science Fiction" server visitors vote) and FIDOnet (SF-related echoes subscribers vote). Upon the results of the first round the list for the second round of voting is formed.

The ceremony of presentation will happen on 5, May, 2001 under Saint-Petersburg, on the "Interpresscon-2001" conference. The organizational commitee of "Interpresscon" and "Russian Science Fiction" server invite everybody to take part in the conference.
